Our vision for providing scholarships to as many of our graduates as possible began in 2005 when Sarah B. Buskirk's trust directed the creation of a scholarship program with a sizable gift.  By commingling the Buskirk Memorial Scholarship funds with other contributions in a managed investment, more funds for scholarships could be realized. Thus, the Concord Educational Foundation was created.
